At Diecast Bay, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every collectible we sell and want you to shop with complete confidence. Please read our refund policy carefully.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Free from damage caused after delivery
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A 35% restocking fee will be subtracted from your total refund amount.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
A 35% restocking fee will be subtracted from your total refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your collectible arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items that have been opened, assembled, or altered from their original condition
- Items marked as final sale, discounted, or clearance
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different model or variant, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
