By accessing and placing an order with Diecast & Collectibles e-store, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Diecast & Collectibles e-store.

2. Products and Pricing

All products, descriptions, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

3. Product Authenticity

We specialize in premium diecast collectibles including airplanes, cars, tanks, ships, and motorcycles. All products are sourced from reputable manufacturers and suppliers. We strive to accurately represent each item's scale, materials, and condition.

4. Orders and Payment

We accept payment through Shopify Payments and other approved payment methods. By placing an order, you warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the collectible nature of our products, we carefully inspect all items before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis for items in their original, unopened condition within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.

A 35% Restocking fee will be applied and subtracted from your total refund. 

7. Product Condition and Collectibles

Our collectibles are sold as new unless otherwise stated. Vintage or pre-owned items will be clearly marked with condition descriptions. Collectible value may vary based on market conditions, rarity, and condition.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Diecast & Collectibles e-store or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability
